Stone Cross Garden Centre prides its self on being a plant based garden centre. Where you can get everything you need for your Garden. Our friendly team our always on hand to help you with any of your garden needs.


Our inhouse florist can create the perfect gift for any celebration, or beautiful wedding flowers, memorable funeral tributes, or the perfect corporate arrangement. The florist department has one of the biggest selection of artificial and silk flowers in the area, which can be made into the perfect wedding bouquet or arrangement by our florist team here at Stone Cross Garden Centre.

Providing customers with quality Plants and garden products, good trustworthy advice, value for money, expert tuition and an inspirational design team to help you create the garden you deserve. The Plant Centre mainly sells our 'own-grown produce' from our production site, Peelings Nurseries in Hankham (trade name Saxon Plants), growing over 300,000 plants annually.

Quality, Sussex grown, nursery-fresh plants supplied direct to you. Stone Cross Garden Centre is situated just off Stone Cross Roundabout, north of Eastbourne and will supply many of your Garden needs. We also have a children's play/picnic area, Woodland Walk, and a cafe; The Grapevine!

Herbs are very easy to grow and they don't require much space. You can grow them outside in your garden or even in pots on your windowsill to benefit from the aroma and the appearance of the plant. Herbs are also great for adding extra flavour to meals!
